During one of my first breathwork retreats I had a very powerful experience. I saw this vision of how we are all connected and it showed up to me as this big cloud in the sky and there were gold sparks of light. Each of those gold sparks of light represented all of us, as we were before coming into this life. It came to me, that the breath is one of the ways that we plug back into that space and a way to stay grounded in the source of our origin and our connection. As I was looking to create the Sacred Breath brand this vision for the logo with a circle fully connected to gold sparks resonated with me. And here we are.

Meet Julie
Julie’s journey into transformative personal growth began when she discovered the benefits of self-exploration and discovery early in her career in the personal growth realm.
Since then, she has dedicated herself to using her experiences, insights, and training to make a positive impact on others' lives and to helping them to create meaningful change.
Over her 30+ years of immersion in various transformational and personal growth modalities, Julie has honed her skills in guiding individuals toward their fullest potential.
Approaching life and life’s journeys with both urgency and compassion, her goal is to inspire and uplift others in their self-discovery.
Amidst a transitional period in her life four years ago, Julie found herself unclear about her next chapter. It was during this time that she discovered breathwork, which brought her healing, clarity, and direction.
Inspired by her own experiences, Julie became a certified breathwork facilitator, driven by a profound desire and unwavering commitment to share this transformative practice with others.
Julie founded the Sacred Breath Center in Delray Beach as a space for those seeking self-discovery and profound growth. It is a sanctuary where individuals can explore, heal, and reconnect with their truest inner selves through the transformative power of breath.
