Join Kerry & Lynn Veitch & Pablo Castro for a time for healing, connection and growth, as you are guided back to source, back to the essence of who you are and what you have come here to experience.

In these five full days we invite you to slow right down, to feel the magic in full body presence, to be able to explore deep rooted, pre-verbal and somatic imprints. We'll be exploring your birth patterns, pre-natal and in the time shortly after birth. All held within your system.

Warm Water Rebirthing is a gentle yet profound form of conscious connected breathwork which induces an altered state of consciousness. This allows the body to process emotions, energy, and birth patterns on a somatic level.

In this experiential retreat we honour the birthing energy as a sacred process, knowing that it will guide us perfectly to rebirth and a new awareness. The power of the breath, a safe space, and tuning into divine feminine energy allows for that transformation.

$400 Deposit or Pay in Full. If you opt to pay a deposit, the remaining balance will be charged February 4, 2025.
When booking you will see the start date and start time only. Your place is not booked until we receive the deposit.

• How do I get to the venue?

• Can I pay in installments

  A deposit of $400 is due upon booking. ($150 is non-refundable).

  The full balance is due by the 4 February 2025.

  Payment options are:

  Pay in full upon booking, or pay the deposit, and balance before 4 Feb, or email for payment plans.

• Will there be afollow up after the retreat?

  It is really important to us that you receive support following the retreat, there will be an online zoom meet up for everyone. Date TBC in April 2025

• What is the cancellation policy?

  We offer a full refund, with a $150 admin fee deducted for withdrawals - 6 weeks (4 Feb) prior to the retreat or more. After that there is a zero refund policy, unless we have a waiting list.

• What kind of meals and accommodations can I expect?

  The accommodation in the main building offers a stylish selection of luxury double, twin and single rooms.

  Meals are prepared by our the in house Chef in accordance to your requirements. All produce is locally sourced where possible.

  Breakfast consists of a selection of fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, cereals, yogurt, eggs and selection of breads.

  Lunch consists of a chef’s choice vegetarian main course with salads and vegetables.

  Dinner consists of a chef’s choice vegetarian main course, salads, vegetables and dessert.

  The venue price includes unlimited teas, coffee, fresh filtered water, fruit bowl and biscuits.

  You will be able to select a preference for accommodation & dietary requirements on the booking form.

  7.30am - 8.30am – Fresh Cleanse Juice & light breakfast

  8am – 9am – Yoga, Meditation or Conscious Walking – Preparing the mind and the body

  9.30am – Group workshops

  11.30am – Break time & healthy snacks

  11.50am - Group workshops

  1.00pm – Lunch

  2.30pm – 6pm – Embodied Breathwork session / warm water breathes

  7pm – Dinner

  8pm – Evenings are an open programme of activities

• Completing the intake form

  Once you decide to book, there will be a short booking form to complete & a health questionnaire, & some questions for you to consider around your birth (not compulsory at this stage) - before you pay your deposit.

  We will email you again the form which will invite you to find out more about the circumstances around your birth, in case you need to find out more.

  Arrival is from 12 noon on Tuesday 18th of March and Departure time is 12 noon on Sunday 23rd March 2025
